As well as founding and developing her own advisory business, Tracy was previously Head of Operations at Shawbrook Bank, a key member of the start-up team of Landsbanki Commercial Finance and held the positions of both Operations Director and Marketing Director at BNP Paribas (UCB), BNY Mellon (Bank of New York), and GMAC Commercial Finance. Tracy brings a wealth of experience in asset-based lending, business management and entrepreneurship to the Group.
